Watch a variety of Kahiko (traditional) and 'Auana (modern) hula performances from Pua Aliʻi ʻIlima o Nūioka under the guidance of Kumu Hula Vicky Holt Takamine and Jeffrey Takamine.
Participate in a variety of Polynesian-themed and environmentally-aware arts and crafts for the entire family including tapa cloth making, lei making, hula lessons and canoe lessons.

Pua Aliʻi ʻIlima o Nūioka is the New York City extension of Pua Aliʻi ʻIlima, the hālau hula founded by Kumu Hula Vicky Holt Takamine in 1977. Pua Aliʻi ʻIlima o Nūioka is a resident company of La MaMa Theatre's Indigenous Initiative. The hālau has performed at the Prince Lot Festival on Oʻahu, the Queen Emma Festival on Kauaʻi, the La MaMa Moves Festival, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Millennium Stage, Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out Festival, the New York Botanical Gardens and various New York City venues.
